- This meeting is required if you are an ASC A92 Main Committee member.
- Main Representatives or their Alternates will be required to vote during this meeting.
The ASC A92 Main Committee meeting is open to the public for those who have an interest in the standards activities that establish consensus rules, guidelines, or characteristics for activities, or their results in the aerial platforms industry. Consensus (industry) standards are voluntarily used by manufacturers, dealers, owners, users, and operators of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP). The purpose of the standards is the prevention of accidents and injuries as well as establishing criteria for the manufacturers. The standards also aid the manufacturers, dealers, owners, users, and operators of the platforms to understand their various responsibilities
Rooms will be available in the SAIA special block until Friday, October 2nd, 2026 OR UNTIL THE BLOCK IS FULL.

They have looked at a number of locations and evaluated the needs of attendees as well as the need for annual meeting space. Based on a guaranteed percentage of attendees staying in official annual meeting hotels, the hotels provide discounted rates from their normal charges.
If the SAIA does not meet the contracted sleeping room commitment, the hotel can charge the association for the missing revenue. Unfilled rooms can cost the association thousands of dollars, which can apply pressure to increase the meeting registration fees to offset these costs. Rate is $199 plus mandatory $20 resort/destination fee

Something came up and now I'm unable to attend. What can I do?
All cancelations must be emailed to SAIA headquarters at [email protected]. Any cancelations received on or before September 12, will be honored but will result in a $50 per person processing charge.
